Keeping in mind our policy for maximum in-house productions of raw materials used in a mixer grinder, we set up our own moulding unit so as to provide our customers and vendors with maximum efficiency and strong hold over the quality of our products. The plastic injection moulding process produces large numbers of parts of high quality with great accuracy, very quickly. Plastic material in the form of granules is melted until soft enough to be injected under pressure to fill a mould. The result is that the shape is exactly copied. Shetty groups takes great pride in having 25 moulding machines which helps us manufacture our own Mixer Bodies, Jar Lids, Flat Covers, handles, Spatulas, Knobs etc. It also ensure that deliver 100% efficiency to our customers.
