Machinery

After careful inspection of the raw material manufactured at our own plant, we shift them over to the Mixer Assembly Unit.

Aluminium Inglots are purchased as raw material which undergoes a melting process at exceedingly high temperatures in a furnace.

Kitchen appliances are required to be more durable and tolerant in nature, usually manufactured by the Cold Rolled Steel. It is a ‘flat’ steel product.

The CR Steel manufactured from in-house rolling mill is brought onto the lamination unit for cutting into different sizes ranging from 25mm to 55mm of electrical stamping as per the demand.

En8 rod is bought as raw material and then undergoes a process of grinding to generate shaft. Since it has maximum accuracy, it aids in smooth functioning of the motor.

For the best mixer motor, pure ‘H’ class, dual coated copper wire is used which ranges from 24 to 40 guage.

The stamping generated from the in-house lamination unit and copper wires are used from the in-house copper unit.

Keeping in mind our policy for maximum in-house productions of raw materials used in a mixer grinder, we set up our own moulding unit so as to provide our customers and vendors with maximum efficiency and strong hold over the quality of our products.
